Evidence: Shima Azami cell water
Evidence: Effects on gut flora
I will talk about the effect of Shima Azami cell water on the intestinal flora.
In a recent study on 10 adult men and women, changes in the intestinal flora before and after drinking Shima Azami cell water were examined. After drinking 30ml per day for 14 days, the average number of bifidobacteria increased by 1.9 times, the number of slimming bacteria increased by 1.4 times, and the number of Akkermansia, a type of slimming bacteria that has recently attracted attention, increased by 9.6 times. Recent research has shown that Akkermansia promotes the excretion of bile acids and improves liver function, and it has been certified as a supplement in the United States and Europe.
Evidence: Impact on lifestyle-related disease statistics
We will talk about the effect that Shima Azami cell water has on blood test values.
The data is from five adult men who drank Shima Azami cell water for 28 days, and four out of the five had a significant drop in their bad cholesterol and uric acid levels. All of them also had a drop in their total cholesterol levels.
Neutral fat levels and the like can vary greatly depending on what you eat and drink the day before and on the day of the test, but uric acid and bad cholesterol levels do not fluctuate much, so in a sense these are actual values. Drinking Shima Azami cell water for one month showed significant changes.
Akkermansia
Akkermansia is one of two types of "slimming bacteria" and is an intestinal bacterium that is particularly common in Westerners.
-
Akkermansia: Common in Europeans ⇔ Proudia: Common in Japanese
-
In recent years, as the food environment has become more Westernized, the function of Akkermansia has been attracting attention.
Akkermansia is a "longevity bacterium," a "slimming bacterium," and an "immunity-improving bacterium."
-
Long-lived people in the Amami Islands, famous for their healthy longevity, have Akkermansia bacteria at a rate several dozen times higher than the average Japanese person.
-
The proportion of long-lived people with Akkermansia is also high in Ogimi Village and Kyotango City in Okinawa Prefecture, which are also famous for their healthy longevity.
-
Akkermansia has been reported to be effective against various diseases, including those caused by immune deficiencies.
